Uranium Imports Fuel U.S. Nuclear

The U.S. imports the majority of the uranium it uses as fuel for nuclear power generation. Canada and Kazakhstan are the biggest sources at 22% each. Russia is next, representing 16% or 7.8 million pounds of uranium annually.
