We take customer service seriously.

ENGIE Resources regularly measures both our customer satisfaction rating and our net promoter score (NPS). We recently sent surveys to more than 20,000 customers and the results are positive.

Our Q2 2023 NPS is the best since 2017 and ranks in the 96th percentile among our peer group thanks in large to an increase in customers who are “promoters.” A net promoter score is a popular customer experience metric that subtracts the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters.

Promoters are typically loyal and enthusiastic customers.
