Listening to Voice-of-Customer

ENGIE Resources is committed to the voice-of-the customer. Each year we hear from customers regarding their experiences in our annual measures of customer satisfaction and net promoter scores. This year we added a question. “If you had to describe your experience with us in one word, what would that be?” This word cloud captures the most common responses. We thank all 603 customers for helping us on our journey to continuous improvement.
