The innovative portfolioRE deal between ENGIE Resources and Four Oaks Place likely makes ENGIE the only energy retailer in the U.S. whose headquarters is under contract for energy from one of its own renewable assets. Four Oaks Place is a 25-story tower in uptown Houston managed by Transwestern Real Estate Services and owned by a joint venture of Nuveen Real Estate and Allianz.
